I’m Brandon Stephens, a designer based in Atlanta focused on shaping thoughtful products, services, and digital experiences.

My background is in industrial design, but my work has gradually expanded beyond physical products into the broader systems that shape how people interact with them. I’m especially interested in the intersection of user experience, service design, and product strategy, where design can help translate complex problems into clear, usable solutions.

In my recent work, I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business leadership to map customer journeys, explore new service concepts, and develop solutions that align user needs with business goals. I enjoy working at that intersection where research, storytelling, and design thinking come together to move ideas forward.

Outside of work, I spend time cooking, exploring new music, and staying involved in public speaking and community conversations. Those interests keep me curious about how people think, communicate, and experience the world, which ultimately feeds back into how I approach design.

At its core, design for me is about listening carefully, understanding systems, and creating solutions that make complex experiences feel simple and human.
